2. Service Estimates & Consultation
All pricing estimates, proposals, or architecture blueprints delivered via our quote system or consult panels are descriptive estimates, valid for 30 calendar days from delivery. Specific deliverables, deadlines, and pricing breakdowns will be formalised inside structured Service Level Agreements (SLAs) signed by both corporate parties.
3. Client Collaboration & Reviews
To deliver modern visual architectures within fast agile cycles, we rely on responsive client communication. Clients must deliver review sign-offs, content files, or API credentials within agreed intervals. Delays in data delivery may reschedule launch timelines.
4. Payments & Financial Transactions
All service transactions are formatted in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise. Project milestones require initial deposits before work execution, with secondary payments mapped to developmental checks. Late payments may pause codebase maintenance pipelines.
5. Intellectual Property Allocation
Upon receipt of full final payment, the custom codebase, repository files, asset mockups, and layout structures developed exclusively for your business are transferred to your ownership. We retain rights to utilize standard open-source blocks, libraries, or general utility functions engineered during the process.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall GB Development Services or its developers be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data loss, or server downtime) emerging from software usage or deployment sequences, beyond the amounts paid under the specific project scope.
7. Agreement Modifications
We reserve rights to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued sub-navigation or submission of contact records implies acceptance of these updated rules.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising under these parameters shall fall under the jurisdiction of local courts in India.
9. Digital Marketplace & Refund Policy
All products purchased via the GB Store digital marketplace (including source codes, templates, turnkey packages, and plugins) are formatted for digital-only delivery. No physical items will be shipped. Due to the immediate access nature of digital assets and downloadable ZIP repositories, all sales are final. We enforce a strict NO CANCELLATION and NO REFUND policy once purchase transactions are verified. Users are encouraged to view live previews (where available) and review specification lists prior to order placement.
